Gya Labs Myrrh Essential Oil Review

Myrrh essential oil is extracted from resins (sap) from a specific type of tree indigenous to Africa and the Middle East. It has religious (Christ) and spiritual connections as it is a popular, natural essential oil that is comparable to Frankincense. It also has an Earthy scent that gives it a soothing, calming vibe.

Gya Labs' oils are "100% pure", therapeutic, and naturally derived. It isn't diluted, there are o addititives, no fillers, and no bases. This oil can be bought here, https://www.amazon.com/Myrrh-Essential-Oil-Therapeutic-Aromatherapy/dp/B076V3WSYJ.

Essential oils are mostly used for aromatherapy, a holistic method that promotes well-being. For aromatherapy, the users usually diffuse the oil in some way to spread the scent. Common ways to diffuse include warming the oil in an oil warmer (electronic or candle), using an electronic mist diffuser, or various forms of diffuser jewelry. The oil scent can also be inhaled with a quick whiff, applied to skin (must be diluted), or mixed into a candle or wax tarts.

Myrrh benefits:
-anti-inflammatory
-boosts the immune system
-relaxing, meditation (enhances spirituality)
-antioxidant
-treats wounds (cleansing and healing)
-promotes healthy skin
-improves circulation
-and more!

My Experience
This oil comes packaged in a nice little Gya Labs box and strong 10ml, dark amber bottle with a protective cap to prevent spills or leaks. The oil has a watery consistency, like most essential oils do, and a yellow tinge.

My favorite essential oils are the Earthy ones. I love the sweet, Earthy scent that this has. It is soft but noticeable and lasts a long time. I like to add oils to my mist diffuser, to skin, and to diffuser jewelry. For all of theses, this oil is great. Overall, it is a great quality oil and a must have for anyone into aromatherapy, especially beginners.
