• My Experience

-This magnesium oil spray is almost odorless as it has a slight plastic smell to it. The consistency is a little sticky but still watery; it's like a very watery gel, it's comparable to aloe vera gel but more watery. The nozzle is great and it sprays evenly and abundantly, and the bottle is a great size.

I go to the gym 5 days a week doing mostly weight training and some treadmill walking. Weight training makes me sore every week which can interrupt my experience in the gym and at home. I hate waking up stiff and sore so I spray this on my sore muscles before I go to sleep and a little bit before I go to the gym. I spray it in the necessary places (legs and arms) and massage it in and let it dry. It seems to absorb very well and it dries very quickly without too much of a residue. It helps reduce my muscle soreness and I don't have to worry about being so stiff.
